The International Sign Association presents the webinar:

Mind Your Business – Prepare for Sign Policy Shift with Obama Administration

With the election of Barack Obama and the increased Democratic majority in the Congress, 2009 will see a shift in the policy direction in Washington. Sign companies will be faced with new legislation and regulations in labor, employment, environmental and tax policy. ISA is partnering with federal policy experts from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to examine the new initiatives expected in the next four years and explore how those initiatives will affect manufacturers in the sign industry. Marc Freedman, U.S. Chamber Director of Labor Law Policy, will forecast upcoming legislation in OSHA, immigration and healthcare policy, while Thomas Myers, U.S. Chamber Environment Counsel, will examine environmental, energy and record-keeping regulations. This informative and timely program will:

Introduce you to the new political landscape and key national issues.
Provide a review of public policy challenges for the next two to four years.
Educate sign industry professionals on the importance of engagement in the federal political process.
